Examples of Long-Term Performance Award in a sentence
The earned portion of a Long-Term Performance Award may be paid currently or on a deferred basis (with such interest or earnings equivalent as may be determined by the Administrator).
Shares issued pursuant to a Long-Term Performance Award may be made subject to various conditions, including vesting or forfeiture provisions.
Long-Term Performance Awards shall not require payment by the recipient of any consideration for the Long-Term Performance Award or for the Shares covered by such award.
If Shares are not reserved by the Administrator at the time of grant, then (i) no Shares shall be deducted from the number of Shares available for grant under the Plan at that time and (ii) at the time of payment of the Long-Term Performance Award, only the number of Shares actually issued to the participant shall be so deducted.
In the event that the Administrator grants a Long-Term Performance Award that is payable in cash or Common Stock, the Administrator may (but need not) reserve an appropriate number of Shares under the Plan at the time of grant of the Long-Term Performance Award.
