Long Term Casual definition

Long Term Casual means an Employee employed as such who has continuous employment with the Employer for more than one (1) year on a regular and systematic basis and there is an expectation that the employment will continue.

Long Term Casual means an employee employed as such who has had continuous employment with the employer for more than 1 year on a regular and systematic basis and there is an expectation that the employment shall continue.

Long Term Casual berth means one that is charged at the long-term casual rate and / or not at the annual rates. Long term casual berths may be terminated at will on one (1) days’ notice, notwithstanding clause 7 below.
