Long-Form Registration definition

Long-Form Registration has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Long-Form Registration means a registration under the Securities Act on Form S-1 or any similar form.
Long-Form Registration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

More Definitions of Long-Form Registration

Long-Form Registration means a Demand Registration effected by the filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Commission.
