Long Form Notice definition

Long Form Notice means the Court-approved long form of notice of this Settlement to be made available to the Settlement Class on the settlement website, and by the Settlement Administrator upon request, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “C.”
Long Form Notice means the Long Form Notice substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 4.
Long Form Notice means notice of the proposed settlement to be provided to Settlement Class Members substantially in the form of Exhibit 4 hereto. The Long Form Notice shall be published on the Settlement Website. The Long Form Notice may be modified as necessary to comply with the provisions of any order by the Court.

  • The Settlement Website shall contain relevant documents, including, but not limited to, the Long Form Notice, the Claim Form, this Agreement, Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary approval of the Settlement, the Preliminary Approval Order, Plaintiff’s motion for an award of attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses, and/or service awards, and the operative complaint in the Action.

  • In addition, the Long Form Notice and Claim Form approved by the Court may be adjusted by the Settlement Administrator in consultation and agreement with the Parties, as may be reasonable and necessary and not inconsistent with such approval.

More Definitions of Long Form Notice

Long Form Notice means the notice that is made available on the Settlement Website and upon request from the Administrator, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 3 to this Agreement.
