Lockbox Documents definition

Lockbox Documents means collectively, that certain Assignment of Collateral Account and Security Agreement and that certain Deposit Account Control Agreement, each dated on or about the date hereof.
Lockbox Documents means return envelopes, Payments, invoices and occasional sundry correspondence sent by your clients to the Lockbox.
Lockbox Documents means return envelopes' Payments' invoices and occasional sundry correspondence sent by the Client's clients to the Lockbox.
