Lockbox Agent definition

Lockbox Agent means the Person from time to time serving as Lockbox Agent under the Lockbox Agreement.

Lockbox Agent means such Person as designated by Agent in writing from time to time, as Agent’s exclusive agent for the provision of services related to any lockbox and the Lockbox Account.
