Lockbox Account Bank definition

Lockbox Account Bank means any bank or other financial institution at which one or more Lockbox Accounts are maintained.

More Definitions of Lockbox Account Bank

Lockbox Account Bank means any bank or financial institution that is satisfactory to the Senior Collateral Agents that executes and delivers to the Senior Collateral Agents a Lockbox Account Agreement.

Lockbox Account Bank means U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but in its capacity as Lockbox Account Bank under the Lockbox Account Control Agreement or such successor bank at which a Lockbox Account is maintained.
