Lock-Up Restrictions definition

Lock-Up Restrictions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).
Lock-Up Restrictions has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(h)(ii).
Lock-Up Restrictions means those restrictions applicable to the transfer of Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Stockholders Agreement.
