Lock-Box means each locked postal box with respect to which a bank who has executed a Collection Account Agreement has been granted exclusive access for the purpose of retrieving and processing payments made on the Receivables and which is listed on Exhibit IV.
Lock-Box means each locked postal box with respect to which a Collection Account Bank has executed an Account Control Agreement pursuant to which it has been granted exclusive access for the purpose of retrieving and processing payments made on the Receivables and which is listed on Schedule II (as such schedule may be modified from time to time in connection with the addition or removal of any Lock-Box in accordance with the terms hereof).

Upon collection into a Lock Box and subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions of the Cash Management Agreements provided by the Administrative Agent to Borrower, all Remittances received in the applicable Lock Box shall be deposited by the Administrative Agent into the Collection Account.
