Local Provider definition

Local Provider is used in this Agreement as a generic reference to any provider of local services, i.e., ILECs, CLECs, CMRS Carriers. This includes the Parties to this Agreement.

Local Provider shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

Local Provider means the utility providing House Power to the Facility.

Examples of Local Provider in a sentence

• Any Services for these international locations specified in EXHIBIT A are subject to a Local Agreement between Egenera, and the Local Provider, which shall incorporate the terms and conditions hereof.

• These Orders shall explicitly reference this Agreement by the Agreement number above, or in the case of a Local Agreement shall reference the Local Agreement Number, shall include a Service Start/Stop Request, and shall be subject solely to the terms of this Agreement, the Order and any mutually agreed upon provisions in a Local Agreement between Egenera (or any of its related entities), Unisys and its Local Provider.

• Acceptance of an Order by a Local Provider shall signify the Local Provider's agreement to provide the ordered Services according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Order or, if there is a Local Agreement between the Egenera entity that issued the Order and the Local Provider, the Local Agreement and the Order.

• Unisys and, if applicable, its Local Provider responsible for the jurisdiction where the supply of Services will be made may accept or decline an Order.

• In all events, the sole contracting parties for all purposes for an Order accepted by a Local Provider shall be the Egenera entity that issued the Order, (who shall be "Egenera" for the order), and the Local Provider that accepted the Order, (who shall be "Unisys" for the Order).

More Definitions of Local Provider

Local Provider means a business which provides goods or services locally to town of Wadena residents and businesses, and who also pays Town of Wadena municipal property taxes.

Local Provider means to include Competitive Provider and Electing Provider.
