Local Protocol definition

Local Protocol means the following Protocol, Code and Policy adopted by
Local Protocol means a memorandum of understanding between medical examiners and persons whose functions are connected with the functions of medical examiners or attending practitioners under the section 20 Regulations, setting out the administrative arrangements which are to apply to facilitate the efficient and timely certification of deaths in the area of the appointing authority; and
Local Protocol means a protocol or code relating to the behaviour or conduct of Members adopted by the Council other than the Member’s Code of Conduct adopted pursuant to the Local Government Act 2000.

Local Protocol means any local protocol or procedure adopted by the Authority from time to time e.g. Member/Officer Protocol;
