It sets out rights and duties in relation to the connection at which the Customer’s Local Network Operator delivers electricity to, or accepts electricity from, the Customer.
Where there is no pre-existing Connection Agreement between the Customer and its Local Network Operator in relation to a specific Connection Point, the Customer agrees that by entering into this Agreement it is also entering into the National Terms of Connection with the Customer’s.
We may pay these charges to the relevant Agent(s), Local Network Operator, operator of any Transmission System or other third party on your behalf, but where we do so we shall be entitled to charge you an additional charge to recover these charges and our costs.
