  • It sets out rights and duties in relation to the connection at which the Customer’s Local Network Operator delivers electricity to, or accepts electricity from, the Customer.

Local Network Operator means the holder of a licence under Section 6(1)(c) of the Act to supply electricity in the area where the Premises are situated;
