Local Health Agency definition

Local Health Agency means the county or city health authority.
Local Health Agency means the same as that term is defined in 34 section 3 of P.L.1975, c.329 (C.26:3A2-3).
Local Health Agency means any county, regional, municipal or other governmental agency organized for the purpose of providing health services, administered by a full-time health officer and conducting a public health officer program pursuant to law.
