Local Governor definition

Local Governor means a member of the Local Governing Body;
Local Governor means a governor appointed by the Governing Body pursuant to Article 51 who shall be a person who is resident in, works in, or is representative of the community served by the Academy;
Local Governor means a person who is not a Trustee but who is appointed as a member of a Committee;
