Local exchange provider definition

Local exchange provider means a provider of regulated basic local exchange service as defined in section 102 of the Michigan telecommunications act, 1991 PA 179, MCL 484.2102.
Local exchange provider. OR "LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIER" means any person authorized by the commission to provide basic local exchange service.
