Local Commercial definition

Local Commercial means a small scale local development compatible with residential neighbourhood such as doctor/dentist, drug store, professional offices, where it can be demonstrated there will be no negative impact.
Local Commercial means use by a for-profit entity that has business dealings and provides commercial products or services to a service area that does not extend beyond the boundaries of the state of Oregon.
