Examples of Local CA in a sentence

  • In the event that CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) has determined that a security breach will or is likely to cause harm to the Customer or an Authorized User, CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) will provide Customer with notice of the security breach as promptly as practicable but in no event later than five (5) working days.

  • CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) grants or makes available to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for Customer and its Authorized Users to access and use the CA Offering in accordance with this Agreement, the order form, and the Documentation.

  • In the event of an uncured material breach by CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable), Customer will be entitled to a refund of any pre-paid unused fees calculated against the remainder of the subscription term as of the effective date of such termination.

  • The relationship between CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) and Customer is strictly that of independent contractors.

  • Local CA reserves the right to invoice Customer for any use of the SaaS in excess of the Authorized Use Limitation.

  • The Agreement may not be assigned by Customer without the prior written consent of CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable), such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Local Calls for purposes of intercarrier compensation, is traffic where all calls are within the same common local and common mandatory local calling area, i.e., within the same or different SBC Exchange(s) that participate in the same common local mandatory local calling area approved by the applicable state Commission. Local Calls must actually originate and actually terminate to parties physically located within the same common local or common mandatory local calling area.
