Local Bonds definition

Local Bonds means the revenue bonds to be issued by the Local Entity pursuant to the provisions of the Local Statute, as hereinafter defined, to evidence the Loan and to be purchased by the Authority with money held in the Fund, all in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement.

  • 2014 Notes means (i) the 4.850% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2014 and (ii) the 4.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and the 5.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 issued by the Issuer on August 21, 2014.

  • Initial Bond means any Bond issued on the First Issue Date. “Initial Bond Issue” has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1.
