As a part of the application, the applicant shall certify that the said applicant has within 90 days prior to the application read or reread (1) the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), (2) the Federal Rules of Evidence, (3) the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (FRBP) and (4) the Local Bankruptcy Rules of this Court.
This motion for relief from the automatic stay has been set for hearing on regular notice pursuant to Rule 9013-1(d)(2) of the Local Bankruptcy Rules.
Depending upon the facts of the particular case, the Court in its discretion may, upon appropriate written motion by a party, allow an extension of time in excess of the time provided by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, these Local Bankruptcy Rules, or previous court order, within which to respond to or complete discovery or to reply to discovery motions.
Notice of the Motion as provided therein shall be deemed good and sufficient notice of such Motion and the requirements of Bankruptcy Rule 6004(a) and the Local Bankruptcy Rules are satisfied by such notice.
