Local Area Agreement definition

Local Area Agreement means an agreement that contains (among other matters) mandatory outcomes in respect of Municipal Waste recycling and landfill diversion, which is developed by a local authority (all single and upper tier authorities) in agreement with local partners through the local strategic partnership and in agreement with central Government; "Memorandum of Understanding" means the memorandum of understanding between the Parties dated 22 April 2008;

  • Where the investigation relates to a Local Area Agreement target the Strategic Board will be notified in advance of the commencement of the Joint Committee.
