Loaner Equipment definition

Loaner Equipment means equipment or part thereof which is in good working condition, safe to use and identical or functionally similar to the Equipment in need of repair.
Loaner Equipment means LMT’s equipment that is loaned by LMT to the Customer, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Loaner Equipment in a sentence

  • Buyer shall return the Loaner Equipment to Rapiscan within five days of receipt by Buyer of the Equipment that had been undergoing Depot Return Repairs.

  • Buyer shall bear all risk of theft, loss and damage to Loaner Equipment, however caused, until the Loaner Equipment is returned to Rapiscan.

  • The Customer acknowledges that, when entering into this Agreement, LMT has relied upon Customer’s representation that the Equipment and the Loaner Equipment will be used only by Customer and only for business purposes.

  • Title to Loaner Equipment shall remain with Rapiscan at all times.

  • The Loaner Equipment shall be considered bailed property from the time of its delivery to Buyer until its return to Rapiscan.

  • All intellectual property rights relating to LMT, the Equipment, the Loaner Equipment and this Agreement, including all names, trademarks, copyrights, patents, mask works, trade secrets, know-how, technology, computer software and related documentation and source code and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the property of LMT and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant to Customer a license or other right to use LMT’s intellectual property.

  • Buyer must store, protect, maintain and operate the Loaner Equipment at Buyer’s sole cost and expense and shall comply with all Loaner Equipment storage, handling, use, maintenance, packing and return shipping instructions provided by Rapiscan.

  • Software (defined in Section 17 below) installed on Loaner Equipment is licensed to Buyer, not sold.

  • Responsible Use of District Mobile Devices and Loaner Equipment Staff members are expected to uphold reasonable standards of care and security to ensure the safety of loaner equipment.

  • Delivery of Loaner Equipment shall be made by Rapiscan DDP (Incoterms 2010) to the Buyer Location.

Related to Loaner Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.
