Loan Participation Agreement definition

Loan Participation Agreement means an agreement under which the applicable Failed Bank or the Receiver was, or the Company is, the lead or agent financial depository institution or otherwise managed or held a shared credit or sold participations, or under which such Failed Bank or the Receiver was, or the Company is, a participating financial depository institution or purchased participations in a credit managed by another Person.
