Loan Details Area definition

Loan Details Area means a portion, paragraph, area, box or field in a part of the Mortgage other than these Terms in which information or data pertaining to the indebtedness secured or intended to be secured by the Mortgage is set forth.
Loan Details Area means any portion, sentence, paragraph, area, text, box, or field in a part of the Mortgage other than these Terms, or in a part of the Loan Agreement, in which information or data pertaining to the indebtedness secured or intended to be secured by the Mortgage is set forth and includes any amendments or renewals thereto from time to time, and any reference in these Terms to any identified part of the Loan Details Area shall be interpreted as being a reference to the relevant information whether identified by the exact wording referencing the Loan Details Area or otherwise;

Examples of Loan Details Area in a sentence

  • The interest rate payable by you is a fixed rate per annum specified in the Loan Details Area showing same and it is compounded periodically as specified in the Loan Details Area showing same.

  • You will pay the Loan Amount to us at the address set out in the Loan Details Area showing same or in such other address as may be stated in the Loan Agreement or as may be otherwise advised to you by us.

  • During the review of the Board of Directors’ Minutes, we did not observe any dissenting votes.

Related to Loan Details Area

  • Dry cleaning facility means an establishment with one or more dry cleaning systems.

  • Environmentally critical area means an area or feature which is of significant environmental value, including but not limited to: stream corridors, natural heritage priority sites, habitats of endangered or threatened species, large areas of contiguous open space or upland forest, steep slopes, and well head protection and groundwater recharge areas. Habitats of endangered or threatened species are identified using the Department’s Landscape Project as approved by the Department’s Endangered and Nongame Species Program.

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Environmentally sensitive area means any area in which plant or animal life or their habitats are either rare or especially valuable because of their special nature or role in an ecosystem and which could be easily disturbed or degraded by human activities and developments.

  • Tanning facility means a place that provides access to tanning devices for compensation.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.
