Loan Database definition

Loan Database means the databases, platforms and systems (including, without limitation, Infinity) maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Company Receivables, which provides, on a loan-by-loan basis, up-to-date information regarding all activities with respect to the Company Receivables, including but not limited to originations, payments, charge-offs and recoveries.
Loan Database consists of any and all data now or hereafter obtained, generated, recorded, or otherwise received by XXXX in connection with its business as a loan guarantor, including, without limitation, borrower data such as credit scores and other credit information, loan payment histories and statistics, default and recovery data, data regarding schools attended by borrowers and students whose education was financed with XXXX-guaranteed loans, and underwriting criteria.
