Loan Collateral definition

Loan Collateral. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgaged Property and any personal property securing the related Mortgage Loan, including any lessor’s interest in such property, whether characterized or recharacterized as an ownership or security interest, and including any accounts or deposits pledged to secure such Mortgage Loan, and any Additional Collateral.
Loan Collateral means any property, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, of whatever kind and wherever located, whether now owned or hereafter acquired or created, in or over which an Encumbrance has been, or is purported to have been, granted to (or otherwise created) or for the benefit of the Lenders under the Credit Documents.
Loan Collateral means the all of the collateral security more particularly described in the Security Documents and any other security or collateral provided from time to time by, or on behalf of, Borrowers (or any of them) or any other Person for the Obligations (or any portion thereof).

Loan Collateral means, collectively, the Collateral (as defined in each Security Agreement), the Life Insurance, the Patent Collateral (as defined in each Patent Security Agreement), the Pledged Collateral (as defined in each Pledge Agreement), the Mortgaged Property, the Trademark Collateral (as defined in the Trademark Security Agreement), and any other security or collateral provided from time to time by, or on behalf of, a Loan Party or any other Person for the Obligations.
Loan Collateral means the assets and properties securing payment of outstanding obligations of Borrowers under the Loan Documents.
Loan Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Loan Collateral means all Cash Collateral delivered by Approved Borrowers as collateral for Loans and, without duplication, all cash amounts delivered by Lender pursuant to Section 3(e)(ii) of this Agreement, all Cash Collateral Investments and proceeds of Cash Collateral Investments.
