Loan Applicant definition

Loan Applicant means a prospective Borrower who has completed a Loan Application for a Loan.
Loan Applicant means a person who makes an application to a microlender for the purposes of obtaining a loan;
Loan Applicant means any public body which applies for a Fund loan pursuant to the provisions of these rules and regulations.

Loan Applicant means a prospective Borrower that initiates a Bank Rate Request and/or a Loan Application under the Program. For the avoidance of doubt, a “Loan Applicant” does not include a consumer that requests a loan offer via (i) a PBU Partner, or (ii) the Referral Services unless and until such consumer elects to proceed with a loan offer from Bank.
