Loading Space definition

Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.
Loading Space means an area of land providing and maintained upon the same lot or lots upon which the main use is located and which has adequate access to permit ingress and egress by means of driveways, aisles or maneuvering areas and which is used for the temporary parking of a commercial motor vehicle while merchandise of materials are being loaded or unloaded from the vehicles.
Loading Space means a space for parking a commercial vehicle while being loaded or unloaded.
