LNG Ship definition

LNG Ship means any LNG ship to be used to deliver LNG to the LNG Terminal or to load LNG from the LNG Terminal and which has been approved by Terminal Operator in accordance with the provisions set out in the LNG Access Code.
LNG Ship means, with respect to a Specific Order, the vessel designed, constructed, equipped and maintained to load, carry and deliver LNG, nominated in that Specific Order and used by Seller pursuant to this Agreement.
LNG Ship means an ocean going vessel meeting the requirements of Paragraph 2.8 of Schedule C (in the case of an FOB delivery) and Paragraph 2.8 of Schedule D (in the case of a DAP delivery) and suitable for transporting LNG, which, in respect of each delivery pursuant to a Confirmation Notice, shall be identified in the Confirmation Notice (or shall be subsequently agreed between the Parties) and be used for such delivery.

  • The Actual Laytime shall continue to run until the (un)loading arms and return lines are disconnected and the LNG Ship is cleared for departure and able to depart.

  • If an LNG Ship, approved in accordance with this AC 3.2, has not called the LNG Terminal in this period, the Ship Approval Procedure shall be re-applied when the LNG Ship is scheduled to berth at the LNG Terminal.

  • Terminal Operator shall notify Shipper and Transshipper and the master of the LNG Ship of the berthing priority as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Such representative shall follow all the safety requirements applicable on board of the LNG Ship as communicated to Terminal Operator during the LNG Ship nomination procedure and shall not in any way interfere with the operations of the LNG Ship.

  • The RTBS process shall determine the number of Transshipper’s and Other Transshippers’ Scheduled Transshipment Berthing Rights and the date and time of each such Transshipment Berthing Right, based on a selected Low Tide, the anticipated Jetty to be used for berthing, and the anticipated ETA of Transshipper’s and Other Transshippers’ LNG Ship to be used with each such Transshipper’s and Other Transshippers’ Scheduled Transshipment Berthing Right.

LNG Ship means the LNG carrier or carriers whether singular or plural named in the acknowledgement at the end of these Conditions of Use; Limitation Amount shall have the meaning given in condition 7.1 below; Master means, with respect to any LNG Ship, the duly licensed master, captain or other person lawfully in command of such LNG Ship; Party and Parties means Buyer, Höegh and Ship Owner; Person means any individual, firm, sole proprietorship, corporation, stock company, limited liability company, trust, partnership, voluntary association, joint venture, unincorporated organisation, institution, Governmental Authority or other legal entity Port Facilities means all the infrastructure, facilities, equipment, installations, anchorages and approaches of and to Portland Bight, including, but not limited to, LNG Facility and any other channels, channel markings, buoys, jetties, berths, lines and gangways at Portland Bight;
LNG Ship means any ship designed, constructed, equipped, and maintained to safely load and carry LNG and which is fully compatible with the Loading Point and which is nominated by Buyer, accepted by Seller and is specified in paragraph 2 in the LNG Sales Confirmation Notice.
