LNG Quantity definition

LNG Quantity means the entire quantity in MMBTU of LNG to be supplied by the Customer.
LNG Quantity. The LNG Quantity to be injected into the LNG Facility by an LNG vessel, not including any LNG Balancing Gas Quantity and Operational Gas, unless the provisions of the Network Code at any given time specify otherwise. LNG Balancing Gas Quantity and Operational Gas Offsetting (LNG Balancing Gas Quantity): The LNG Quantity for injection into the LNG Facility with the intention of it being used by the Operator for Gas Balancing and balancing the Operational Gas of the Transmission System in accordance with Chapter [8], as long as it is transported with the LNG Quantity on the same LNG vessel and is delivered to the Operator at the point where the uploading arms connect to the LNG Facility. Distribution Network User Users that have entered into a Distribution Network Usage Agreement with a Distribution Network Operator. Transmission User: Users that have entered into a Framework Agreement for Natural Gas Transmission (Transmission Agreement) with the Operator, pursuant to the provisions of article [6Α].
LNG Quantity means the estimated quantity in MMBTU of LNG, which shall be contingent on the LNG Cargo size to be supplied by the Customer during the Term and communicated by the Customer at the time of finalization, and in any event, before execution of Schedule 1.

LNG Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Clause C.2.

Related to LNG Quantity

  • Paying quantities as used herein shall mean and refer to quantities of oil and gas or of either of them sufficient to pay for the current cost of producing same.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
