LLC Unit definition

LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.

LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the LLC or any other class of limited liability interests in the LLC.

LLC Unit has the meaning given to such term in the Exchange Agreement.

Examples of LLC Unit in a sentence

• Each share of Class B common stock and corresponding LLC Unit is convertible into one share of Class A common stock at the option of the holder and has no expiration date.

• If any outstanding share of Class B Common Stock ceases to be held by a holder of an LLC Unit, such share shall automatically and without further action on the part of the Corporation or any holder of Class B Common Stock be transferred to the Corporation for no consideration and retired.

More Definitions of LLC Unit

LLC Unit or “LLC Units” means a membership interest or membership interests in Morgans Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the entity through which the Company conducts a significant portion of its business.

LLC Unit means (i) each Class A Unit (as such term is defined in the Medley LLC Agreement) issued as of the date hereof and (ii) each Class A Unit or other interest in Medley LLC that may be issued by Medley LLC in the future that is designated by the Corporation as a “LLC Unit”.

LLC Unit means a nonvoting interest unit of Goosehead Financial, LLC.

LLC Unit means an equal, fractional part of all the Interests, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect thereto in this Agreement, and any successor security.

LLC Unit means a limited liability company interest in Adeptus Health LLC that is issued under the Operating Agreement.
