LLC Points definition

LLC Points means, as of any date, with respect to a Member, the number of LLC Points of such Member as set forth on Schedule A hereto, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, and as in effect on such date.

Examples of LLC Points in a sentence

  • Upon the closing of any such Class B Put as of the Class B Put Date, the Class B Points purchased by AMG shall be automatically converted into that number of new LLC Points as is specified below, and the Free Cash Flow Percentage shall thereafter be increased as provided herein.

  • R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.
