Living Wage definition

Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time during the Term, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;
Living Wage means the wage rate specified by this chapter.

Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time during the Term, which, as of the Effective Date, is $20.62 per hour, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;

Failure to comply with the provision may result in termination of the contract and/or preclusion from future CITY contracts at the sole option of the CITY. This provision shall apply to all bid and proposal awards for services which involve CITY expenditures that exceed $100,000.00 per year.
Living Wage means the hourly rate that an individual must earn to support their family, if they are the sole provider and are working full-time (2080 hours per year). For the purposes of this definition family includes four individuals.
