Litigation Certificate definition

Litigation Certificate means a litigation certificate identified in these Rules;
Litigation Certificate means a certificate issued by CIPA or ITMA under their authority as authorised bodies under the Legal Services Act 2007 to grant rights of audience or conduct litigation;
Litigation Certificate means the certificate delivered by Borrowers and Subsidiary Guarantors to Lender with respect to the representations and warranties set forth in Section 5.10 hereof, the form and substance of which shall be satisfactory to Lender.

Related to Litigation Certificate
