Listing Particulars definition

Listing Particulars means any listing particulars or supplementary listing particulars within the meaning of the 1986 Act;

Listing Particulars means the General Principles referred to Section 2.09 of this Rules.

Listing Particulars means the Issuer’s and the Guarantors’ listing particulars dated January 8, 2020 relating to the Notes, the Issuer’s €300,000,000 0.125% Guaranteed Notes due 2022 and the Issuer’s €750,000,000 1.500% Guaranteed Notes due 2030, all of which are unconditionally guaranteed by the Guarantors.

Examples of Listing Particulars in a sentence

• The Company shall not be obligated for any fees or expenses relating to Parent's obligation to demonstrate the existence of adequate working capital in connection with the filing of the Listing Particulars.

• If any Transaction Security becomes enforceable, the Trustee may at its discretion and shall (as long as it has been indemnified, secured and/or prefunded to its satisfaction), on receipt of whichever of a Holder Request, Extraordinary Resolution Direction or a Creditor Direction as shall be specified in the Supplemental Listing Particulars or (if none is so specified) a Creditor Direction, enforce the Transaction Security constituted by the Trust Deed.

More Definitions of Listing Particulars

Listing Particulars has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(b).
