Listed Securities definition

Listed Securities means any Shares, Share Options, stock, debentures, debenture stock or other securities for the time being issued by the Company and officially quoted by ASX;
Listed Securities means any Shares, options, stock, debentures or other securities issued by the Company from time to time and quoted on the Official List;
Listed Securities means the securities which are listed on any recognised stock exchange in India.

Examples of Listed Securities in a sentence

  • The principal balance and unpaid accrued interest on this Note will automatically, and without any further action on the part of the Company or the Holder, convert into Listed Securities simultaneously with, and effective as of, the closing of a de-SPAC Transaction or Reverse Public Merger, as applicable.

  • The number of Listed Securities into which this Notes so converts will equal the quotient (rounded down to the nearest whole share) obtained by dividing (x) the sum of (i) the outstanding principal balance and unpaid accrued interest under this Note as of the date prior to the Closing of the de-SPAC Transaction or Reverse Public Merger, as applicable, plus (ii) the applicable Make-Whole Amount (such sum, the “Conversion Amount”), by (y) the Conversion Price as in effect on such date.
