Listed Class of Units definition

Listed Class of Units means a class of Units of a Sub-Fund which is listed on either the SEHK or any other Recognised Stock Exchange.
Listed Class of Units means a class of Units of the Sub-Fund which is listed on the SEHK.

  • The Dealing Deadline in respect of Listed Class of Units in a Sub-Fund may also change due to market related events.

  • The NPMO will be responsible for overall project coordination and management, including FM, procurement, M&E, and reporting.

  • Creations and Redemptions Through Participating Dealers Listed Class of Units will continue to be created and redeemed in the primary market at the Issue Price and Redemption Value respectively through Participating Dealers in Application Unit size or multiples thereof.

  • Upon receipt of a Creation Application from a Participating Dealer (acting for itself or its clients) during the Initial Offer Period, the Manager shall procure the creation of Listed Class of Units for settlement on the Initial Issue Date.

  • After Listing, all Listed Class of Units will be registered in the name of HKSCC Nominees Limited on the register of the relevant Sub-Fund.
