Listed Class means a class of Units of a Sub-Fund which is listed on either the SEHK or any other Recognised Stock Exchange.

Examples of Listed Class in a sentence

  • Participating Dealers are under no obligations to create or redeem Listed Class Units for their clients and may impose terms, including charges, for handling creation or redemption orders as they determine appropriate, as described in more detail in this section.

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).

  • Unimpaired Class means an unimpaired Class within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.
