List Price definition

List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;
List Price means the manufacturer’s suggested base list price as published by the secretary of state, or the manufacturer’s suggested retail price as shown on the label required to be affixed to the vehicle under 15 USC 1232, if the secretary of state has not at the time of the sale of the vehicle published a manufacturer’s suggested retail price for that vehicle, or the purchase price of the vehicle if the manufacturer’s suggested base list price is unavailable from the sources described in this subdivision.
List Price means Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price.

List Price means the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. With respect to items sold by the Company, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order it. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by the Company is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
