List of Arbitrators definition

List of Arbitrators means the FDRC’s list of arbitrators for arbitration under these Terms of Reference and the FDRS Mediation and Arbitration Rules;
List of Arbitrators means the list of arbitrators at the Centre.

Examples of List of Arbitrators in a sentence

  • Where the parties mutually agree, an arbitrator who is not listed in Appendix B (List of Arbitrators) may be appointed.

  • Where a party has requested that a grievance be submitted to arbitration, an arbitrator will be selected from the agreed upon list outlined in Appendix B (List of Arbitrators).

  • If the Parties do not agree on the composition of the arbitration panel within the time frame provided for in paragraph 2, each Party may appoint an arbitrator from the sub-list of that Party established under Article 3.23 (List of Arbitrators) within 10 days of the expiry of the time frame provided for in paragraph 2.

  • If the Parties do not agree on the chairperson of the arbitration panel within the time frame provided for in paragraph 2 the chair of the Committee, or the chair's delegate, shall select by lot, upon request of a Party, the chairperson of the arbitration panel from the sub-list of chairpersons established under Article 3.23 (List of Arbitrators).

  • If negotiations do not result in an agreement, the new terms and conditions will be resolved by Interest Arbitration using an arbitrator named in Appendix B (List of Arbitrators).

  • In the event that the Parties are unable to agree on a mediator within the time limit laid down in paragraph 1, either Party may request the chairperson of the Committee, or the chairperson's delegate, to select the mediator by lot from the list established under Article 3.23 (List of Arbitrators).

  • Should the list provided for in Article 3.23 (List of Arbitrators) not be established at the time a request is made pursuant to Article 3 (Initiation of the Mediation Procedure) of this Annex, the mediator shall be drawn by lot from the individuals who have been formally proposed by one or both of the Parties.

  • The selection of the Chair shall be in accordance with Article 17.12 - List of Arbitrators.

  • Notice of Arbitration means the formal notice from the CONTRACTOR or the CUSTOMER to the other party referring a dispute to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-9.

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • AAA Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Mediator means an individual who conducts a mediation.

  • Dispute Resolution Scheme means the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission or such other dispute resolution scheme approved or provided for in accordance with section 95 of the Act;

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;

  • HKIAC has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.

  • HKIAC Rules shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.13(a).

  • UNCITRAL means the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law; and

  • Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.

  • Umpire means the third arbitrator appointed pursuant to Section 7.03 (c).

  • Arbitration Award shall have the meaning given such term in Section 22.5.

  • Referee means a person who is designated as a referee under the friend of the court act.

  • Voluntary arbitration means the procedure whereby parties involved in a labor dispute

  • Roster ’ means a list of persons quali- fied to provide services as neutrals.
