Part 2 means Part 2 of the withdrawal agreement or (as the case may be) Part 2 of the EEA EFTA separation agreement, so far as the Part in question applies to and in the United Kingdom;
CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".
List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.
Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will
Part A Direct Award Criteria
DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.
List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;
Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause 2.5.
O. Reg. 419/05 means the Ontario Regulation 419/05, Air Pollution – Local Air Quality.
List of Contracts means the list identifying each Contract constituting part of the Trust Corpus, which list (a) identifies each Contract and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) the amount of monthly payments due from the Obligor, (iii) the Contract Rate and (iv) the maturity date, and which list (as in effect on the Closing Date) is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit H.
Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.
Part B If the participant is a minor, I (the minor participant’s parent) for and on behalf of my participating minor child, agree as follows: I agree here to waive and release, in advance, any claim or cause of action against the Released Parties that would accrue to my minor child for personal injury, including death, and property damage resulting from an inherent risk in the activity. NOTICE TO THE MINOR CHILD'S NATURAL GUARDIAN READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF THE RELEASED PARTIES USE REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED. BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD'S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM THE RELEASED PARTIES IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY. To the extent allowed by applicable law, I agree to indemnify the Released Parties for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by them in defending a claim or suit brought by or on behalf of my child (whether that claim or suit is initiated by me, my child or another party) that an arbitrator or court determines is barred under applicable law, or, if the claim is withdrawn or dismissed.
FATF means the Financial Action Task Force;
Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
Lists has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.22.
De-identified means that all identifying information related to an individual as set forth in the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule, 45 CFR Section 164.514 (b), are removed from the protected health information.

Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:
Unique item identifier type means a designator to indicate which method of uniquely identifying a part has been used. The current list of accepted unique item identifier types is maintained at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/uii_types.html.
Listings means information identifying the listed names of subscribers of carriers and subscribers’ telephone numbers, addresses or primary advertising classification or any combination, and that carrier or affiliate has published, caused to be published or accepted for publication in any directory format.
Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;
