Liquidity Funding Rate definition

Liquidity Funding Rate means with respect to any Liquidity Funding under a Liquidity Facility for any period, the per annum rate of interest equal to the rate of interest provided for in the relevant Liquidity Facility at such time.
Liquidity Funding Rate means for any applicable portion of the Aggregate Net Investment and Accrual Period and the applicable Funding Agent and its related Ownership Group, a rate per annum equal to the lesser of:
Liquidity Funding Rate means for any applicable portion of the Note Principal Balance and Interest Period and the applicable Managing Agent and its related Ownership Group, an interest rate per annum equal to the greater of (I) the sum of (A) the Federal Funds Effective Rate for each day in such Interest Period plus (B) 0.50% plus (C) the Program Fee Rate, and (II) the applicable Prime Rate plus the Program Fee Rate for each day in such Interest Period.

Liquidity Funding Rate means with respect to any Liquidity Funding under a Liquidity Facility, the per annum rate of interest provided for in the relevant Liquidity Facility.

Related to Liquidity Funding Rate

  • Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Committed Lender pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, or (b) any Loan made by a Committed Lender in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1.

  • Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day).   • Overnight Bank Funding Rate means, for any day, the rate comprised of both overnight federal funds and overnight Eurodollar borrowings by U.S.-managed banking offices of depository institutions (as such composite rate shall be determined by the NYFRB as set forth on its public website from time to time) and published on the next succeeding Business Day by the NYFRB as an overnight bank funding rate (from and after such date as the NYFRB shall commence to publish such composite rate).

  • Interest Funding Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).

  • Reserve Account Funding Date means the Distribution Date which occurs not later than the earliest of (a) the Distribution Date with respect to the Monthly Period that commences not later than three months prior to the Distribution Date with respect to the first Monthly Period in the Controlled Accumulation Period, (b) in the event that the average Excess Spread Percentage for any three consecutive Monthly Periods ending in the September 2003 Monthly Period or any Monthly Period thereafter is less than 2%, the Distribution Date with respect to such Monthly Period, (c) in the event that the average Excess Spread Percentage for any three consecutive Monthly Periods ending in the March 2004 Monthly Period or any Monthly Period thereafter is less than 3%, the Distribution Date with respect to such Monthly Period and (d) such earlier Distribution Date as the Transferors may determine by written notice to the Trustee and the Servicer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “CP Rate” for any Conduit Purchaser for any day while a Termination Event has occurred and is continuing shall be an interest rate equal to the greater of (i) 2.00% per annum above the Base Rate for each day during such Yield Period (or portion thereof) and (ii) 2.00% per annum above the “CP Rate” calculated without giving effect to such Termination Event.

  • Note Rate means, in the case of the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-1 Rate; in the case of the Class A-2a Notes, the Class A-2a Rate; in the case of the Class A-2b Notes, the Class A-2b Rate; in the case of the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-3 Rate; in the case of the Class A-4 Notes, the Class A-4 Rate; in the case of the Class B Notes, the Class B Rate; in the case of the Class C Notes, the Class C Rate; and in the case of the Class D Notes, the Class D Rate.

If no maturity exactly corresponds to such maturity, yields for the two published maturities most closely corresponding to such maturity shall be calculated pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence and the Reinvestment Rate shall be interpolated or extrapolated from such yields on a straight-line basis, rounding in each of such relevant periods to the nearest month. For the purposes of calculating the Reinvestment Rate, the most recent Statistical Release published prior to the date of determination of the Make-Whole Amount shall be used.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.
