Liquidity Advance definition

Liquidity Advance means a loan, advance, purchase or other similar action made by a Liquidity Provider pursuant to a Liquidity Agreement.
Liquidity Advance is defined in Section 2.3(a) hereof.
Liquidity Advance means an advance under a TCLF to pay for bond purchase tenders relating to VRDOs.

  • The City shall not request any Drawing or Liquidity Advance, and the City, including its officers, employees and agents, shall not use the proceeds of any Drawing, Liquidity Advance or the Letter of Credit (A) in violation of any Anti- Corruption Laws, or (B) in any manner that would result in the violation of any Sanctions applicable to any party hereto.

Liquidity Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a) hereof. “Liquidity Drawing” has the same meaning herein as in such Letter of Credit. “Liquidity Facility” has the meaning set forth in Appendix A to the Ordinance.

Liquidity Advance means an advance by Freddie Mac pursuant to the terms of the Series Certificate Agreement to pay the Purchase Price of any Class A Certificates tendered optionally by Class A Certificateholders pursuant to Section 6.03 of the Series Certificate Agreement that have not been remarketed by the Remarketing Agent pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement and the Series Certificate Agreement and therefore, with respect to which there are no proceeds of remarketing.
Liquidity Advance means an advance by the Credit Facility Provider pursuant to the terms of the Credit Facility to pay the Purchase Price of any Bonds tendered optionally by Bondholders pursuant to Section 10.01 of this Indenture which have not been remarketed by the Remarketing Agent pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement and this Indenture and therefore, with respect to which there are no proceeds of remarketing.
Liquidity Advance means an advance under a Temporary Credit and Liquidity Facility to pay for bond purchase tenders relating to the Bonds, which shall include, without limitation, both a “Liquidity Advance” and a “Mandatory Tender Advance” as such terms are defined in the Temporary Credit and Liquidity Facility.
