Liquidation Agent definition

Liquidation Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 9.03.
Liquidation Agent means Credit Suisse International;
Liquidation Agent means, any agent appointed to act as Liquidation Agent by the Issuer in respect of the ETC Securities pursuant to Condition 6(d).

Liquidation Agent means Fiserv Automotive Solutions, Inc. and any successor or replacement appointed under the Liquidation Agency Agreement and which has acceded to the Framework Agreement and each FleetCo German Security Document and the German FleetCo Deed of Charge in accordance with clause 11.4 (Acceding Liquidation Agent) of the Framework Agreement.
Liquidation Agent means such Person as is selected as the Liquidation Agent hereunder by the General Partner, which Person may be the General Partner or an Affiliate of the General Partner, provided such Liquidation Agent agrees in writing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
