Examples of Liquidated in a sentence
If the Company elects to pay the Standard Liquidated Damages Amounts in shares of Common Stock, such shares shall be issued at the Conversion Price at the time of payment.
If the Buyer elects to be paid the Standard Liquidated Damages Amount in shares of Common Stock, such shares shall be issued at the Conversion Price (as defined in the Note) at the time of payment.
Liquidated damages, when the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner agree to them, are the exclusive remedy for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to meet its schedule.
