Linked Sites definition

Linked Sites means third party web sites and resources linked to by URL’s placed on the UPS Web Sites or UPS Technology.
Linked Sites has the meaning set forth in Subparagraph 5.d.
Linked Sites means links on the Site that lead to other websites maintained by independent parties over which Fairly Staffing has no control. This includes social networking sites whose content is partially or entirely contributed to by the Site. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:
