Line Switching definition

Line Switching means applying for and becoming a Distributor (a) when already a Distributor, (b) when holding a Beneficial Interest in another Distributorship; and/or (c) when less than six (6) months have passed since having been a Distributor or having held a Beneficial Interest in another Distributorship.“Cross Sponsoring” means the enrollment of another Distributor (including a Distributor whose Agreement was terminated within the preceding six months or has Sponsored or purchased Product in the preceding six months) to a different line of sponsorship. “Enticement” means soliciting, encouraging, offering benefits, or in any way aiding another Distributor to Line Switch and/or Cross-Sponsor.
Line Switching means applying for and becoming a Nektar Life Independent Representative (a) when already a Nektar Life Independent Representative, (b) when holding a Beneficial Interest in another Nektar Life Independent Representative Account; and/or (c) when less than six (6) months have passed since having been a Nektar Life Independent Representative or having held a Beneficial Interest in another Nektar Life Independent Representative Account.
Line Switching means applying for and becoming an Ambassador (a) when already an Ambassador, (b) when holding a Beneficial Interest in another Ambassadorship; and/or (c) when the waiting period in section 2.10 has not passed.

  • Switch means a switching device employed by a Carrier within the Public Switched Network. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Deactivation means the retirement or mothballing of a generating unit governed by Tariff, Part V. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit:
