Linde Finance means Linde Finance B.V., a private limited liability company (besloten venootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid) incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, having its official seat (statutaire zetel) in Amsterdam the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch trade register under number 34115238, and having its principal offices in Ireland, registered with the Irish Companies Registration Office under number 909743.
Linde Finance means Linde Finance B.V., a private limited company (besloten venootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid) incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands with its corporate seat (statutaire zetel) at Amsterdam, the Netherlands, having its registered office at Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 000, 0000XX Xxxxxxxxx, xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx. It is registered with the Dutch trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 34115238 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

  • If in relation to any issue of Notes, it is agreed between the relevant Issuer and the Relevant Dealer to list such Notes on any other or further Stock Exchange, each of the relevant Issuer and the Guarantor (if Linde Finance is the Issuer) undertakes to use its best endeavours to obtain and maintain the listing of such Notes on such Stock Exchange.
