Limits of the Island definition

Limits of the Island means the boundaries of Reserve No 16713 as defined by the Department of Lands Plans 16860 and 16932, and as illustrated as the Rottnest Island Reserve boundary in the Marine and Boating Guide as published from time to time (and DoT map reference WA412).

Related to Limits of the Island

  • the limits of deviation means the limits of deviation shown on the deposited plan;

  • REIT Provisions of the Code means Sections 856 through 860 of the Code and any successor or other provisions of the Code relating to real estate investment trusts (including provisions as to the attribution of ownership of beneficial interests therein) and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;

  • Geographical Limits means

  • Floodway fringe means an area that is outside a floodway and is

  • FIFA means Fédération Internationale de Football Association;

  • the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;

  • Professional limited liability company means a limited

  • Too numerous to count means that the total number of bacterial colonies exceeds 200 on a 47-mm diameter membrane filter used for coliform detection.

  • General Enforceability Exceptions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Empowerment Neighborhoods means neighborhoods designated by the Urban Coordinating Council “in consultation and conjunction with” the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority pursuant to N.J.S.A 55:19-69.

  • Steel means an alloy that includes at least 50 percent iron, between .02 and 2 percent carbon, and may include other elements.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Plantwide applicability limitation (PAL means an emission limitation expressed in tons per year, for a pollutant at a major stationary source, that is enforceable as a practical matter and established source-wide in accordance with Chapter 19, section 011.

  • Qualified buildings means construction of new structures,

  • Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.

  • Master Street Address Guide or "MSAG" is a database of street names and house number ranges within their associated communities defining particular geographic areas and their associated ESNs to enable proper routing of 911 calls. "Meet Point" is a point of Interconnection between two (2) networks, designated by two (2) Telecommunications Carriers, at which one Carrier's responsibility for service begins and the other Carrier's responsibility ends.
