Limited Warranty Deed definition

Limited Warranty Deed means the limited warranty deed (or the equivalent thereof in the local jurisdiction) from Seller, as grantor, conveying the Facility to Purchaser, as grantee, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Limited Warranty Deed shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1(a).

Limited Warranty Deed means the Limited Warranty Deed substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this reference.

More Definitions of Limited Warranty Deed

Limited Warranty Deed means the limited warranty deed or deeds to be executed and delivered by Seller (or, with respect to the Additional Real Property, Building Seller) at the Closing, substantially in the form set forth on Exhibit 1.1-C attached hereto.
