Limited Release definition

Limited Release means items accepted by MANGO in terms of this Limited Release handling procedure are handled at the sole risk of the Guest. The act of handing such duly identified items over to MANGO (or its agents) thereby indemnifies the carrier against any subsequent claim for alleged damage to and/or pilferage from-such item or its contents.
Limited Release has the meaning set forth in Clause 3.03.
Limited Release or “Limited Liability“ means items carried by MANGO which are not Baggage, and for which MANGO accepts no liability. The Guest indemnifies us and our agents against any subsequent claim for alleged Damage to and/or pilferage or loss of such items or their content, whether disclosed or identified or not. Such items are handled and carried at the sole risk of the Guest, and the Guest is advised to obtain its own insurance in respect of such items.
